TrimCon is a Czech Consultancy and Advisory Company, established by Roman Fiser and Jiri Plamínek, the authors of the vitality theory and of associated methodologies - Management by Competencies®. Both of these authors have published several books concerning this subject.
Our TrimCon Company focuses on partnering with clients in the design and implementiation of tailored development programmes. In these programmes, we use the action learning methodology that enables us to closely mesh theory with practice. The TrimCon lector team comprises trainers – managers. The authentic managerial experience of our lecturers represents our key value.
