Jaros Consulting has been repeatedly employed by the global logistic player Maurice Ward. A previous successful engagement in 2005–2006 involved the business process reengineering of a MW facility producing plastic parts for the television manufacturers Panasonic and Sony. This new long-term project includes business development, commercial management and international project management in the area of automotive and electronic industries for such clients as ABB, Carrier/UTC, Continental, Kemet and the Lear Corporation.
The Maurice Ward group is a family owned entity that has been implementing global freight forwarding, warehousing, logistics & customs clearance solutions since 1968. The group operates 30 of its own facilities in Europe and administers an exclusive global agency network. Maurice Ward’s business returns refer to over 1000 employees and an annual turnover of €150M.
